Conformity guarantee is the guarantee offered by the seller, according to the legislation in force and refers to a period of time between 6 months and 2 years by which the seller guarantees that the product sold conforms to the specifications he has undertaken to sell. This guarantee is independent of the technical/commercial guarantee, which may be less, more or equal and is not subject to technical defects.

The time period set for the repair to be rectified is a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product.

Returning products According to GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract by notifying in writing, by e-mail, at contact@lotus-cosmetics.com that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The withdrawal is only applicable to natural persons (Article 2(1)).

They are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the contract:

1. the supply of products which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Article 16(d));

2. the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer (Article 16(e));

Thus, cosmetics and hygiene products returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging (including the protective foil or seal, if any), with all related accessories, with no signs of wear, modification or consumption, both in the case of products and accessories (boxes, additional packaging), with intact labels and all original documents that accompanied them (eg instructions for use).

The products shall be returned at the expense of the customer, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer communicated to the trader his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 11. The time limit is respected if the products are returned by the consumer before the end of the 14 calendar day period (Article 14(1)).

Upon receipt, the parcel will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, parcels containing products in a condition other than that in which they were delivered, those whose return has not been notified in advance, as well as those containing products damaged during transport due to improper packaging will be refused.

According to the law, lotus-cosmetics.com will return the value of the returned products (excluding shipping charges) within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation, by bank transfer, to the account specified by the customer for orders that have been paid on delivery or by bank transfer and for orders paid by card the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return.

Delivery

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders caused by external factors: extreme weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that may prevent express courier companies from delivering within 24 to 72 hours, for which lotus-cosmetics.com will not pay compensation for damages created by the non-delivery of products on time.

The products will be delivered using Urgent Cargus services, the standard rate being 17 lei per parcel.

Delivery time

Orders will reach you within 48 working hours*. At the time of dispatch you will receive an automatic e-mail notification.

*The 48h deadline is valid for products in stock at the time of order processing and is guaranteed only to the extent of the contractual obligations assumed by the courier company. The term runs from the moment of order confirmation. For hard-to-reach locations outside the usual delivery area of couriers, the delivery time may be extended in some cases by 24h-48h. During promotions the delivery time can be extended to 5-7 working days.

The transport is done by express courier services and the transport fees and free of charge are only valid in the area covered by the courier companies.

*For returning customers, the shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by you.

How is payment made?

The total price of the parcel will be paid to the express courier when you receive the products.

OP (Silver Order)

After validating your order by phone or email, you can make the payment to the account you received by email when you completed your order.

Credit/Debit Card - processor iPay BT

a. Accepted cards are Mastercard / Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron - any model. Payment is made in maximum security conditions, without any additional fees.

b. After completing the order you will be automatically redirected to a secure link where you will have to follow the instructions you received. When you have completed the payment, both we and you will receive a notification on your email address (lack of this notification from iPay BT indicates that the transaction was not completed successfully).

c. The processing of card data is done exclusively on the iPay BT, www.lotus-cosmetics.com does not request or store any details about your card.

d. Your transaction through the iPay BT system will appear on your statement as "lotus-cosmetics.com".

Damage to parcels during transport

Despite the correct and rigorous packaging, which prevents incidents during the handling and delivery of parcels, there may be situations where the integrity of parcels is affected.

Prices

Our pricing policy means fair and stable prices in the long term. All product prices on this site are in RON, and include taxes. Prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated by the system and will be displayed at checkout. Additional weight charges for parcels exceeding 1 kg will be calculated after packing and weighing of the parcels and will be communicated to customers in writing or by phone.

Promotions, price reductions

All promotions on the site are valid within the limits of available stock or at specific time intervals.

Availability of service

The administrator of lotus-cosmetics.com reserves the right to change the structure and interface of any page or sub-page of the www.lotus-cosmetics.com website at any time and at any freely chosen time interval, having the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue, partially or totally, the services made available to the public through this website without any individual or general prior notice.
