RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 15 calendar days, according to O.U.G. no. 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires after 15 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to notify LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL of his/her intention to return the purchased products by sending a written communication to the address Craiova, str. Aleea 2 Parangului, Nr.1, or by sending an e-mail to: contact@lotus-cosmetics.ro, within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the products.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he/she must return the products in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging with all the documents that accompanied it: boxes, labels, instructions/other documents (if any) etc.) no later than 15 days from the date on which the Customer notified LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL of the intention to withdraw from the contract.

We refund the product's value, by bank transfer, including delivery costs, within 15 days from the date on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this Contract, at the latest. The value of additional services, including but not limited to additional delivery costs caused by the fact that a Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery methods offered by LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL, paid by the Customer, shall not be refunded. LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL may postpone reimbursement until the date on which it receives the products back or until the Client provides proof that it has sent the products to LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL, whichever date is earlier. In all cases, the return/shipping expenses shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer's right to cancel a Contract applies only to products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used after unsealing, if it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or if it is damaged. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered means that the products have been unsealed, that they are the ones ordered and correspond to your requirements, these products cannot be returned to LOTUS' 95 COSMETICS SRL and cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
